We need the names of passengers, the date and time of pick-up, the destination, the desired arrival time, quantity of baggage, and any special handling requirements(child seat, animals, etc)

Standard Metered Rate

INITIAL CHARGE $4.00

RATE $0.25 PER 1/10TH MILE ($2.50 per mile)
($1.50 per kilometer)

EACH EXTRA PERSON $1.50

WAITING TIME $0.50 PER MINUTE ($30 per hour)

If asked, the dispatcher will negotiate a flat rate on scheduled fares over 5 miles or $10. Normally this will result in a discount of 10% or more or not excede an Initial Charge of $2.00 and $2.00 Charge Per Mile with no additional charge for normal waiting time (stop lights, etc along the run) or extra passengers. On negotiated flat rate runs, we assume it is ok to pick up and drop off other passengers along the way so long as the pick and drop off are on time.
